赤壁市科斯塔电子科技有限公司成立于 2012 年 2 月(旗下有子公司湖北凯米多智创科技有限公司)，工厂占地面积 26 亩，总投资 1.5 亿元。我司是一家集研发、生产、 加工、销售和进出口的知名企业，并先后取得了3C、UL、CE、IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO9001等认证。工厂位于赤壁市中伙光谷产业园横一路，坐落于中国中部毗邻武汉市，交通便利。
我司主要生产：各种汽车( PDU、ECU、BMS)线束、新能源高低压线束、医疗线束、船舶线束、电动车/摩托车线束、机械运动产品仪器仪表线束等、有感/无感无刷马达、汽车电子线、低烟无卤线、铁氟龙线、硅胶线、特种电线电缆、 拖链线束、民用线缆、插头线系列、采集线束、连接线系列、铜排、铝排、隔离板、锂电池箱以及 RC 模型及其部件等。
为提高自动化和保障产品质量，我司配备完整的实验室，引进国内外先进的生产和研发检测设备，做到对新产品的每个环节都以精心的分析和研究，并以高精度的材质和技术来确保产品的适用性、可靠性和安全性。主要设备包括有：抽线机、绞铜机、并线机、拉丝机、铜排焊接机、铜排折弯机、自动端子机、全自动电脑裁线机、自动成型机、数控 CNC 机床、盐雾试验机、恒温恒压测试机、精密动平衡测试机、高压绝缘测试机、线材测试机、导通测试仪、线序分色仪、伸长率测试机、摇摆测试机、端子剖析仪、推拉力测试机、插拔寿命测试机、绝缘电阻测试仪、全自动微电脑拉力机、微欧姆计等。
